Challenges faced
Chengdu has a special climate with hot summers and cold winters. A good cooling and heating system is needed to ensure the normal growth of flowers. How to reduce the energy consumption through the control system and how to ensure the uniformity of the heat in each greenhouse when heating is a challenge that should not be ignored in this project.
Products and Effects
We supplied BENARY with a state-of-the-art climate control system, HOSMART, to manage a 20 hectare cluster of greenhouses. The AI algorithm calculates the greenhouse heating water temperature needed to control the mixing ratio of hot water and return water, so that the heating water entering the greenhouse is at the required temperature, not too high to waste energy and not too low to achieve the heating effect.
